Client Advisor - Menswear

Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Menswear Department in Leeds, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end menswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.

As the new Menswear Client Advisor
, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5
* experience. You will:

• Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of menswear and fashion
• Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
• Stay ahead of trends in menswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week.
