We want enthusiastic, hardworking and hands on people who will be able to support our busy pubs with delivery and stock processes. Your role will play an essential part in the day to day running of our pub and you will need to be able to work well alone and as part of a great team.

You will use your excellent communication skills and attentive manner to manage our stock and delivery processes ensuring everything is in line with our company standards and procedures. Multi‑tasking will need to come naturally to you.

At JD Wetherspoon we like to keep it simple, our store person is essential to maintaining a good running of the pub and ensuring every customer has the best service possible! You will need to have a good understanding of stock rotation to refill our fridges and freezers to a high standard plus complete our defrost and preparation for the following day.

You will also play a large part in checking our deliveries are correct and notes are accurate whilst communicating any losses or breakages to our pub/unit managers.

We open our doors early in the morning and sometimes don’t close them until late at night, so we offer great flexibility. It is important that you thrive on being busy as the number of customers coming into the pub can be extremely high.

Your role will be unique and you will get to interact with a variety of different people, both customers and our great teams, therefore an excellent level of conversational English is essential.
