Retail Supervisor

Job Title and Location

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Armley, Leeds.

• Hours:
  
  39 hours across 5 days per week.
• Pay: £13.11 per hour (minimum £511 per week).
• Contract:
  
  Permanent full-time.

• Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, tidy shop.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for controlling operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is desirable; we also welcome candidates taking the first steps in a retail management career.
