The Role

You'll support the day-to-day operation of a high-end residential building, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a front-of-house team
Delivering outstanding customer service
Driving high standards across the building
Supporting events and resident engagement
Handling customer queries and operational issues
Supporting compliance, H&S and daily operations

About You

You may currently be working as a:

Retail Assistant Manager
Deputy Store Manager
Store Manager
Assistant Hotel or Restaurant Manager You'll be energetic, hands-on, customer-focused and confident leading teams in busy environments.
