We're looking for a part-time (20 hours) Retail Assistant (Athlete) to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer.

• Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend products to reach sales targets.
• Create a bond between online and offline sales services using knowledge of digital devices.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Continuously improve personal knowledge via training courses to stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

• Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
• Must be available weekends.
• Available between 7 am – 9 pm.
