• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on our product to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, delivering inventory, replenishing stock, aiding loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and complying with all security, health & safety and stock accuracy policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.

• Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
