About the role

As our new Senior Client Advisor
, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them explore collections and discover pieces that empower their individual style. You’ll deliver an exceptional and enjoyable 5
* experience by:

• Guiding clients through our exclusive collections, from ready‑to‑wear, accessories, footwear and seasonal trends
• Using your expert styling knowledge to offer tailored advice and create personalized looks for every occasion
• Building and maintaining authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients, ensuring an elevated experience at every touchpoint
• Staying ahead of the latest fashion trends, designers, and runway innovations to inspire and inform clients
• Maintaining immaculate presentation across the shop floor and ensuring collections are displayed to the highest standard
• Being flexible and available when our clients need you most, including evenings and weekends

We’re looking for individuals who embrace creativity, love a challenge, and are passionate about the world of luxury fashion and exceptional service.

• Have you worked in luxury fashion retail before?
• Do you have excellent product and styling knowledge, with a genuine passion for designer items?
• Are you skilled at building relationships and providing expert wardrobe advice?
• Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment?
