Customer Service Assistant

Overview

The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the store. Tasks include assisting customers, ensuring smooth parking and trolley access, managing stock placement, coordinating deliveries and handling payments with a friendly smile.

• Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all visitors.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of merchandise.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to keep the store replenished.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

• Preferably previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Competitive hourly pay: £12.71 for 21+ years, £12.00 for 18‑20 years, £8.82 for under 18 years.
