Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
More about the roleWith over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer’s preference, our team provides personalized advice and recommendations to help customers choose products that fit their skin care routine. Consultants learn product origins, ingredients, and ethical sourcing so they can share authentic insights and support communities through ethical trade.
What we look for- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience is ideal.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
