Role Purpose
As a Levi’s® Sales Stylist within John Lewis Leeds , you will play a key role in delivering a best‑in‑class consumer experience. You are not just selling products — you are building connections, offering expert styling advice, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired. You will act as a brand ambassador, elevating Levi’s® presence in‑store and contributing to sales growth through exceptional service and strong product storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a personalised, one‑to‑one styling experience for every customer
- Build genuine connections and create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment
- Use consultative selling techniques to recommend fits, outfits, and add‑on products
- Bring the Levi’s® brand to life through storytelling and product knowledge
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Identify opportunities to drive basket size through cross‑selling and outfit building
- Support commercial initiatives, promotions, and peak trading periods
- Maintain strong awareness of KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Support daily operations including fitting rooms and stock handling
- Ensure product availability and correct stock levels on the shop floor
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with Levi’s® guidelines
- Take ownership of the Levi’s® space within the John Lewis environment
- Work collaboratively with both Levi’s® and John Lewis teams
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team environment
- Support new ways of working and embrace tools, systems, and training initiatives
- A passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers express themselves
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, positive, and team‑first mindset
- Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales conversations
- Adaptability and openness to learning new skills and ways of working
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is beneficial but not essential
Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Ability to adapt to the needs of a busy department store environment.
