Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high-precision role that keeps our stores running smoothly. You will handle stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean and ready for customers.
You must be flexible to work across the wider store, confident with digital tools to track deliveries, and a team player who supports colleagues. An unsocial premium may apply for late/overnight hours.
