Lush Southampton are looking for 2 x Seasonal Supervisors to assist leading our 5
* team during our busiest quarter of the financial year.

Must have weekend availability and able to work Christmas Eve or Boxing Day.

The Role at Lush Southampton

Supervisors play a vital role in our team, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example creating shop floor magic. You’ll have a genuine passion for connecting with customers and a talent for bringing out the best in their team. As a Supervisor, you lead the charge in fostering a positive atmosphere on the shop floor, collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues to achieve targets and store top box goals, as well as cultivating an environment that encourages continuous development within your team through feedback and training.

In your role as a Supervisor, your natural leadership shines through as you handle conversations with finesse, set and manage expectations, and provide unwavering support to your team. Balancing the needs of the business while keeping team morale high is the key to your success in this dynamic and influential position utilising your communication and motivation skills.

As a Seasonal Supervisor, you will hit the shop floor at the most magical time of our financial year, engaging with our largest product launches to drive footfall, sales target and manage a team of up to 40 members.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by providing regular coaching, feedback, and encouragement, helping them improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Engage with customers by offering a warm welcome, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organized shop floor by ensuring displays follow guidelines, adjusting to seasonal trends, and keeping shelves well-stocked.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation, creative approaches to drive performance (like check-ins or shop floor competitions), and actively seeking opportunities to exceed goals.
