Home to Phase Eight and Hobbs, we are opening our newest store in Leeds Designer Outlet and are looking for Supervisors to join our team. This is a 24-month fixed term contract, working 16-20 hours per week.

Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
