Job Role:

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Assistant Manager to share the leadership remit, representing our client’s own fine jewellery brand alongside a dedicated ‘showroom’ and ‘shop-in-shop’ for two prestigious Swiss watch brands.
• Assisting the Store Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring an ever-greater appetite within your colleagues to train and develop their recognised client service and sales talents.
• In a supervisory capacity, you will assist with the smooth running of the store, optimising trading performance and being prepared to deputise in a full leadership capacity should the Store Manager be absent.
