Alongside this, we operate an E-Commerce business, to supply smaller volumes of our products
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Company and support the development of our Food Service/Wholesale offer. With no two days the same, your duties will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for our Wholesale/ Food service customers, driving sales growth and ensuring that their needs are met. You will handle queries across phone, email & in person with care and efficiency.
* Processing sales orders and sample requests
* Driving sales through pre identified strategic major end users with a specific brief to drive listings and sales, through our chosen wholesalers.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies which will support new wholesale sales growth as well as ensuring retention of existing customers.
* Attending trade shows & exhibitions for the Company, supporting colleagues with planning as required.
* Understanding existing and future customer needs, our operational capacity to deliver, being aware of upcoming market trends and sharing potential ideas for to diversify our product portfolio.
* Building relationships with our customers in the UK, Europe and the Middle East through effective communication.
* Supporting the team with creating content for presentations, reports and pricing quotations.
The business are looking for someone who has work experience in a similar sales role with a proven ability to develop new customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Ideally, someone who understands the food service supply chain.
We are looking for someone who can bring drive, ambition, personality and a high level of customer focus to the role and get as much out of it, as you put in.
From time to time and as your career develops, there will be a need to visit customers in the UK and Europe/Middle East and also support with exhibitions, so the ability to travel as needed will be an essential requirement of the role.
