The Money for a Sales Executive
* £30k basic salary
* Uncapped commission, OTE £60K, top performers circa £90K
* £10 per sale (first 3 per day)
* £35 per sale once you hit 4+ (paid on ALL sales)
* £100 per sale on Saturdays
* Top performers earning £90k+
The Role of Sales Executive
* Circa video consultations per day
* 20–45 minute calls
* Close 4+ deals per day
* KPI-driven, fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Office based in Leeds
Hours form Sales Executive
* Mon–Wed: 10:30am–7:30pm, Thu–Fri: 8am–6pm
* 1 Saturday per month
