What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years B2B event sponsorship sales experience, including key accounts and larger consultative deals.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding six‑figure annual revenue targets, ideally delivering £700k–£1m+ across multiple events.
- Accurate forecasting, building and managing pipeline, and driving consistent deal flow.
- Competitive base salary in line with senior sponsorship leadership roles, with first‑year OTE circa £100k and uncapped upside for over‑performance.
