Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Required for a freight forwarding company that covers the M62 corridor from Leeds to Manchester. This sales role will be a combination of meeting clients to build relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, getting repeat business and growing your patch. The role offers a hybrid approach with 2 hybrid days and 3 office days, however, some of the office days might be meeting clients.
Salary £35k + bonus of up to £7500 + a company car.
YOU DO NOT NEED A FREIGHT FORWARDING BACKGROUND, JUST A LOGISTICS BACKGROUND IN SALES OR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER LOOKING TO DEVELOP IN SALES The roleAs a Sales Executive / Sales Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of your patch, you will ensure your patch sales is maximised, you will increase the GP side of the freight solutions you are selling and build relationships with new clients. This role will include all the standard Sales Executive / Sales Manager duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a logistics sales background OR an account manager looking to grow in sales. You will have an understanding of the freight forwarding market, and you will be able to do face‑to‑face meetings and also phone/zoom meetings.
