We are exclusively representing a global leader in electronic test and measurement solutions, seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow business across the UK. Focused mainly on parts of the Midlands and the South West.
In this role, you will own and develop your customer base, drive regional sales growth, and expand market share across a portfolio of industry-leading instrumentation and power solutions. You’ll work closely with distribution partners and internal technical teams to identify new opportunities, support key accounts, and deliver outstanding customer value.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth and gain share from competitors
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver technical sales presentations with engineering support
- Manage key accounts and build a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate across sales, applications, and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical background in Electronics, Physics, or similar
- Understanding of Test & Measurement equipment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with willingness to travel across the territory
