Our appointment-setting team is dedicated to scheduling appointments for our network of Garage Door installers across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

• No cold calling!
• Engage with warm leads who have already shown interest.
• Make a positive impact on every potential customer.

• Manage a high volume of incoming leads from prospective customers.
• Ensure each customer has a positive experience with Garolla.
• Clearly explain Garolla products and services when setting appointments.
• Maintain a pleasant disposition with each customer.
• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role.
• Utilise our in-house CRM and quotation system.

• Experience and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Must be computer literate or have the ability to learn.

• Full Time and Part Time Roles Available.
• 37.5 hours per week Full Time (opportunity for overtime).
• Basic Salary £22,500.00 (with uncapped commission).
• 20 Hours Per week Part Time (Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm).
• Basic Salary £22,500.00 Pro Rata (with uncapped commission).
