Telemarketer / Appointment Maker - Part-time or full-time

We are a leading Leeds based security services company, looking to appoint a customer focused Telemarketer / Appointment Maker.

You will need to be determined and enthusiastic with a proven track record in achieving call and appointment targets. This position will ideally suit someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience in telesales and appointment setting. Working within the facilities management arena will be highly beneficial but not essential. You must enjoy a fast-paced continuous improvement environment and play your part in it’s development.

• Making outbound telephone calls to prospective contacts, to secure appointments for our field-based teams.
• Qualifying new leads and opportunities to build and grow our CRM database.
• Logging calls, conversations and diarise call backs
• Building client relationships over the phone to understand their needs and service requirements.
• Working as part of a team to maximise opportunities and assist with company growth

• Salary of £26K per annum.
• Monthly commission. Estimated salary and bonus OTE of £30K
• PDP annual bonus
• 23 days holiday p/a and extra days after 5 years’ service (up to 28).
