Do you thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships? As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint across strategic trade lanes while shaping the success of our customers and our business.

Your Role

In this role, you will drive the growth of our Sea Logistics business by acquiring new customers and developing existing ones in the SME segment. Together with Customer Care, Trade, Pricing, and global Route Development teams, you will help strengthen Kuehne+Nagel’s market position across core sea freight products (FCL & LCL).

How you create impact
  • Hunt and win new sea freight import, export, and cross‑trade business (FCL & LCL)
  • Develop, retain, and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build expert market knowledge on key trades, carriers, routings, and schedules
  • Maintain close collaboration with overseas Route Development Managers
  • Ensure a high‑quality sales pipeline and maximize win rates
  • Provide continuous feedback on market conditions and pricing developments
  • Enter and maintain accurate CRM (CoreLOG) data on a weekly basis
  • Support customer onboarding and participate in sales projects and initiatives
What we would like you to bring
  • Experience in sea logistics or international freight forwarding (2–5 years preferred)
  • Strong customer focus and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Solid presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Freight forwarding operational knowledge (FCL & LCL)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and in cross‑cultural teams
  • Advanced English skills and intermediate local language proficiency
  • High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and time‑management capability
