Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000-£45,000)

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive - International New Business to join a growing business.

This is a target-driven, outbound sales role focused on generating new business and developing opportunities across international markets including the UK, US, Canada, and EMEA.

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, and Linked In outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across target sectors
• Develop opportunities across international markets and sectors
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity

• Previous B2B sales or outbound sales experience desirable
• Confident communicator with strong organisation skills
• Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

Important:
This role is fully office-based near Wetherby, and candidates must live within a commutable distance and be able to work on-site five days per week.
