Job Description

Ground floor Business to Business sales opportunity suitable for a self starter looking for a sales career in the health and public services sector with the opportunity to work with other commercial settings as well. The opportunity to “be your own boss” but with the support of a company accountable for business development in a business focused on personal protection for personnel and patients alike in healthcare, secure units, and other high risk settings.

This company has developed innovative technology based protective clothing designed to cope with increasing demand to keep staff safe whilst preserving flexibility to enable nursing and similar professionals to provide the care and support they need to provide in what can be dangerous and volatile settings. Their offering also extends to patient protection as well. This role also offers opportunity to engage with other public sector bodies such as the police, custodial services and secure education sectors offering a wide range of solutions from body armour to slash and bite resistant clothing .

As more and more is expected from less people, our client is helping public bodies and other key customers address changing 21st Century demands where the perception of threat and danger has increased in line with the duty of care these organisations have for their staff. Given the challenges of our client’s marketplace, these technically advanced products are gaining increasing traction and demand from customers.

Your job is to understand your clients and help meet their needs.

Graduate Sales Executive Role:

* Work closely with clients including every stakeholder you can imagine in the public space from hospital managers to nursing and clinical staff

* Manage long established relationships

* Develop new business opportunities and prepare successful proposals

* Flexibly manage multiple opportunities concurrently recognising that lead times from proposal to delivery can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project

Candidate Profile – Graduate Sales Executive role

* Any degree or equivalent life experience with the ability to pick up new concepts and knowledge quicky.

* Money motivated with a clear plan for your life recognising you are now looking for a career not just “any” sales job

* You will be interested in the health and public sector, understanding where each stakeholder in any proposal or project is coming from

* Driving licence not strictly required but public transport to the office is limited – having one will open up future career opportunities more easily

* You will have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
