About the role
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone who has vast knowledge of the print industry.
Responsibilities- Thrive in customer service with great attention to detail and a highly competent, client‑centric approach
- Process requests for quotes, orders and artwork for clients
- Utilise your in‑depth knowledge of print products and processes and first‑rate communication skills to maximise contract values and build long‑term relationships with clients that will stand the test of time
- Assist in forming strategies to win and retain key accounts
- Be articulate, very well organised, determined, and motivated
Registered with the UK, with recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
