About Us:
We are currently working with a rapidly growing promotional merchandise business based in Leeds, providing top-quality branded products to a diverse range of clients. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of products, and helping to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
* Work closely with clients to understand their promotional requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Oversee the order process from start to finish, liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, contributing to business growth.
The Ideal Candidate :
* Experience in Merchandising and Branding is crucial for this role.
* Experience in Account Management: A strong background in account management is essential. Experience in the promotional merchandise industry would be ideal, but we’re also willing to train someone with solid account management skills from another sector.
* Strong Communication
Skills:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
* Organised and Detail-Oriented:
You’ll be managing multiple projects at once, so the ability to stay organised and manage priorities effectively is key.
* Problem-Solver:
Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while keeping clients satisfied.
* Team Player:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
