This is a high-impact role focused on driving deals from initial contact through to completion, with speed and efficiency.

The Role Selling investment opportunities from first contact through to completion Taking full ownership of the sales progression process across multiple live deals Liaising closely with solicitors, vendors, and investors to maintain momentum Proactively managing timelines, resolving delays, and ensuring deals complete Building, maintaining, and expanding a strong investor network Requirements Experience in sales progression, property sales, or investment sales Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Strong communication skills, particularly when dealing with solicitors and stakeholders Proactive, commercially driven, and results-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Ambitious, high-energy office environment Genuine opportunity to take ownership of deals and make a measurable impact
