Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in North Leeds. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively respond to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, make appointments and meet sales targets.
  • Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
  • Encourage potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
  • Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback following viewings.
Qualifications
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive and ability to close a deal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Able to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in property is preferable; however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
