We are seeking an accomplished, driven, and highly professional individual to join our dynamic Residential Sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Operating within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment, this role requires a confident negotiator who thrives on delivering results while building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving high standards and consistently delivering outstanding service to buyers and vendors.
You will bring strong market knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to manage and grow key client relationships. Previous experience in residential property sales is essential, and in‑depth knowledge of the local area will be a significant advantage.
- Conduct market appraisals
- Progress sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing and negotiating sales, whilst always giving professional advice to clients
- Stay in touch with our large database of potential buyers and sellers on a regular basis
- Look for potential new opportunities for the business
- Manage applicant enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate details are registered
- Help with marketing of properties, including coordinating booking of advertising, assisting with brochure production and property descriptions
- Manage own diary efficiently as well as that of the team
- Ensure compliance with legal, internal and external requirements such as Health and Safety, GDPR, Estate Agency Act and other applicable regulations
- Previous agency experience is essential
- Knowledge of the local residential property market
- A proven track record of winning instructions
- Strong communication skills – written and oral

- Proficient IT skills and knowledge of Office 365

9:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. Where a Saturday is worked a weekday will be given in lieu.
