Sales Executive – hospitality, VIP guest services, events, concierge, luxury retail, or front‑of‑house backgrounds (UK)

6 months Fixed term contract Full‑time/ Part Time. UST is looking for confident, people‑focused professionals who excel at creating exceptional first impressions and building rapport with ease.

• Represent UST at networking events, round tables, and industry forums, engaging prospects through natural, high‑quality conversation.
• Create positive, memorable first impressions that spark interest in UST and our offerings.
• Build relationships with potential and prospective clients, converting conversations into qualified introductions.
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, and Linked In, maintaining strong engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to progress opportunities and support pipeline growth.

• Strong hospitality or VIP guest experience with a natural service mindset.
• Confidence speaking to new people and senior stakeholders in professional settings.
• Excellent communication skills and polished personal presence.
• Curiosity, ambition, and a desire to build a long‑term career in sales.
• Sales experience is welcome but not essential – attitude and people skills matter most.
