As investment in surgical guidance technologies continues to accelerate across the UK, we are seeking a National Capital Sales Account Executive to drive the growth of a market‑leading portfolio of navigation, imaging and enabling technologies. This is a strategic capital sales position where you'll partner with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, theatre teams, procurement leaders and C‑suite stakeholders to secure complex capital equipment projects and deliver long‑term clinical and commercial value.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans across the UK, driving adoption of advanced surgical guidance technologies used within complex spinal, cranial and orthopaedic procedures. Working closely with clinical and executive stakeholders, you will build compelling business cases, demonstrate clinical and economic value, navigate capital approval processes and manage projects from opportunity identification through implementation and post‑installation success.
