Job Function

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Lead to oversee and inspire a team of solutions sales professionals focused on delivering sustainable technology solutions and services.

This role will drive revenue growth through the current Account team in the UK and ensure the successful execution of TXO's commercial strategy across key accounts.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a proven record in consultative, solution-based sales, enabling their team to identify opportunities and create value-driven customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility:
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and support the development of a team of solutions salespeople to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, objectives, and development plans to support individual and team success.
  • Conduct regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reviews, providing strategic guidance and sales coaching.
  • Champion best practices in account management, solution selling, and customer engagement across the team.
  • Working day to day with the UK based sales individuals to support their customer engagement, individual challenges, and direction, conducting regular 1:1s, check Ins and providing necessary support.
Revenue Growth & Strategic Sales
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team effectiveness and growth.
  • Execute the sales strategies to drive profitable growth across TXO's Solutions & Services portfolio through day-to-day sales management of individuals.
  • Support Account Directors in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing complex opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Participating in high-level sales negotiations and presentations as required.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting processes to ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure Collaboration with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, procurement, technical, and service delivery teams to maximise customer value and commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and aligned with TXO's solutions, services, and sustainability proposition.
  • Be an ambassador for TXO, strengthening market presence and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape, maintain a competitive edge.
Business Planning & Reporting
