About our positionASI has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to work with our global sales team to develop target accounts for prospecting. Through outbound calling and emails, the BDR will research, cultivate, and qualify inbound leads and set meetings designed to generate new opportunities for the sales team. Competitive base salary with the potential to earn £12,000 - £25,000 GBP in commissions after successful achievement of BDR goals and performance metrics.
What you’ll be doing- Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting.
- Following up, cultivating, and qualifying inbound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email.
- Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system.
- Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup.
- Track, maintain, and report on key outbound activities such as calls made, connections, and appointments set and completed.
- Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills.
- Performing other job‑related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot and/or iMIS).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred.

CompensationCompensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. The current compensation range for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 GBP with an expected commission of £12,000 - £25,000 GBP.
