We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Area Sales Executive to join our national sales team. This role will cover a designated region within the UK, working across multiple parks to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a varied and hands-on position combining sales, customer service, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular park visits to inspect sites, identify maintenance issues, and spot sales opportunities (buy-backs, resales, and new home placements)
- Handle all customer enquiries via phone, email, walk‑ins, and telemarketing
- Welcome and guide prospective customers, providing information and support throughout their buying journey
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, directing queries to relevant departments where needed
- Deliver presentations and viewings of homes to prospective buyers
- Manage day‑to‑day sales administration and reporting
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process through to completion
- Prepare homes for handover and complete customer sales
- Support marketing and telemarketing campaigns, including advertising and promotional activity
- Liaise with Head Office teams including telesales, marketing, sales support, accounts, and maintenance
- Build relationships with third‑party lead generators to drive new business
- Carry out inspections (PDI's) on new and existing homes
- Support aftersales processes and liaise with manufacturers regarding any issues
- Organise and attend open days and sales events
- Arrange and attend manufacturer meetings (including virtual) with customers for bespoke home options
- Work closely with development, maintenance, and contractor teams to stay updated on park improvements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently
- Experience working under pressure and prioritising tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in a sales environment (desirable)
- Experience with in a residential park environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused with the ability to guide buyers through the sales journey
- Good project coordination skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- GCSE or A-Level education (including English and Maths)
- Business Administration or Business Management qualification
- Professional, confident, and approachable
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Integrity and reliability
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
- Flexibility to travel across your designated region
