Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year & £3,000 per annum commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (one WFH day 11:00 – 19:00)
Work Arrangement: 4 days from home, 1 day in our Rothwell office (Tuesdays)

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team, selling solutions to builders across the North of England. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals. If you're ambitious, results-driven, and love connecting with clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective builders across the UK.
• Generate and qualify leads, managing the sales process from first contact to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team during your weekly office day in Rothwell.
• Be flexible with working hours on your office day to support business needs.
