As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to develop and strengthen key customer relationships, drive commercial performance, and support the long-term expansion of our rental fleet business.
This role requires a commercially minded professional with a proven background in account management, customer retention, and business development. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer retention, and maximise account performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering strategic account reviews and maintaining agreed service standards.
- Drive account growth through increased customer engagement, solution-based selling, and identification of new business opportunities.
