The Role Generate new business opportunities and secure new client partnerships. Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Perform market mapping and identify growth opportunities within target sectors. Source and engage high-quality technology professionals. Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions. Provide consultative recruitment solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For Experience in a B2B sales or business development role. Proven ability to generate new business and build a sales pipeline.
