Overview

Due to exponential growth within the business o ur client is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join an industry leading manufacturer of industrial products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful family run business boasting a wealth of benefits with the opportunity of internal growth for the right candidate. The company has seen a year-on-year growth and thus require a dedicate daccount manager to join the team. You will be provided with your own existing customer base in which you will be responsible for promoting and selling products from our clients portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Contacting existing customer base to promote products and generate additional revenue
  • Identifying areas of growth to promote company products
  • Taking an analytical and methodical approach to identify market trends in order to identify opportunities
  • Work in tandem with the Sales Director focusing on revenue growth
  • Daily use of the in-house CRM in order to maximise efficiency
  • High focus on developing existing clients, rapport building and product promotion
  • Utilising market research and product knowledge to promote to prospective new clients
  • Re-establish contact with dormant clients
  • Achieving set targets within the existing client base
  • Achieving set targets canvasing new businesses

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIswithin a internal sales environment
  • Well presented with a professional mentality
  • Enthusiastic approach to learning and development
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within internal B2B sales
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to demonstrate commitment
  • Sales experience within the following sectors is desirable but not essential as you will receive full product training and ongoing support to ensure your successful development within the company
