Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location:
Office-based, Burscough (L40) Salary: £27,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £46,000)
Hours:
Monday Friday, 9:00am5:30pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent No experience needed just ambition, drive, and a hunger to earn. Were looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our growing BT sales team. The Role Youll be speaking with business customers over the phone, helping them upgrade or switch their telecoms services while earning uncapped commission. Your day-to-day will include:
Making outbound calls to BT customers and competitor users Selling and upselling BT products and services Closing B2B sales deals Working towards targets and earning commission Building confidence through full BT-accredited training What Youll Get £27,000 basic salary Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £46,000) Weekly incentives and team socials Clear progression opportunities we promote from within Hybrid working option after 6 months (performance-based) Modern office environment Full training provided
