Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven, road‑ready Field Sales Executive to spearhead our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the next phase of our growth.

You will manage your own diary, traveling to meet prospects face‑to‑face, presenting our solutions, and turning leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source & Close:
    Generate new business opportunities through setting up face‑to‑face meetings and networking across your territory.
  • Relationship Management:
    Manage existing accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high client retention.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and face‑to‑face presentations with key decision‑makers.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain an accurate and healthy sales CRM using company‑provided mobile tool.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development is essential, ideally gained within the convenience sector.
  • Strong track record of developing client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and opportunity‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, client‑led environments.
