This isn't a typical recruitment role; it's a consultative sales position where you'll leverage your deep understanding of SaaS to connect exceptional GtM professionals with innovative companies. Your days will be varied and impactful, focusing on:
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs to identify critical GtM hiring requirements.
- Account Growth: Expand partnerships within existing accounts and win new mandates.
- Executive Search: Identify and engage senior candidates for client opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular calls to discuss feedback and new candidates.
- Negotiation & Influence: Navigate offer negotiations and influence decisions.
- Candidate Profiling: Refine understanding of our Ideal Candidate Profile.
- Business Development: Proactively build new client relationships with SaaS start-ups.
