Overview
haart Estate Agents in Leeds is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No property experience needed – full training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided.
Remuneration and Working Hours- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Option to pursue fully funded property industry training leading to a nationally recognised qualification (where available)

- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers

- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car
