Face-to-face Fundraiser

We partner with some of the UK's most respected charities, and we're looking for driven, people-focused individuals to represent them on the front line across Leeds and the surrounding region. This is a fundamental fundraising role. You'll be at the heart of generating vital, long-term income that allows our charity partners to continue their critical work and your performance will have a direct and measurable impact from day one.

Your Mission As a Self-Employed Fundraiser with Pentagon HQ you will be the vital link between the public and the causes we support. Day-to-day you'll be:
Engaging the public at high-footfall venues including shopping centres, private sites and events across Leeds and the region Securing regular, ongoing contributions by signing supporters up to Regular Giving programmes Building genuine rapport quickly, representing our charity partners with professionalism and passion Working as part of a supportive, high-energy team to meet and exceed fundraising targets Managing your own pitch and materials with pride in your professional presentation Are You the Pentagon HQ Fundraiser We're Looking For?

No prior fundraising experience needed we provide full training. The ideal candidate is: A brilliant communicator who loves talking to people Resilient and positive you handle rejection and come back stronger Self-motivated and target-driven Reliable, punctual and professional Based in or around Leeds What You'll Get A guaranteed daily rate of £80 plus uncapped performance bonuses Comprehensive training on fundraising techniques, compliance and public engagement A supportive team environment with a dedicated manager invested in your development Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling Weekly pay Career progression opportunities into team leadership and management This is a contract for services (self-employed).

You will be responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
