We are working with an exciting recruitment business looking to expand their Executive Search Team with an ambitious individual with an elite sports background.
What you'll do- Identify and approach high-quality candidates within your specialist market
- Build relationships with professionals and clients through phone, Linked In and other business development channels.
- Manage recruitment campaigns from first conversation to offer acceptance.
- A current or former professional/elite athlete
- Competitive, resilient and self-motivated
- No prior experience needed!
