Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing relationships with clients, while proactively pursuing new business opportunities. Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches. Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Becoming an industry expert by networking and staying ahead of market trends. Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Guiding clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Profile We are looking for: 12 months experience in a sales environment or similar Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
