This is a varied position combining customer service, administration and travel across training centres. Personality is just as important as experience - if you're engaging, organised and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be the face of the organisation for new learners, leading enrolment and induction sessions whilst ensuring all administration and compliance processes are completed accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and inducting new learners at enrolment sessions
Delivering engaging presentations to groups of course attendees
Checking eligibility documentation and verifying learner information
Carrying out initial assessments and reviewing learner documentation
Providing Information, Advice and Guidance to prospective learners
Answering learner queries both face-to-face and over the phone
Liaising with internal recruitment teams to coordinate enrolment schedules
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate learner records
Ensuring all compliance and funding evidence is complete and audit-ready
Supporting external audits and quality assurance processes
Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the learner journey
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive, approachable personality who enjoys building relationships and making people feel welcome.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing, learner-facing or admissions role
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to individuals and groups
The ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Office 365
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
An education, training or learner support background would be advantageous, although this isn't essential. The right attitude, confidence and enthusiasm are the most important qualities for success in this role.
