Our team is dedicated to delivering world-class higher education resources to universities and institutions across the country. As a collective, we are responsible for driving budgeted revenue and ensuring that Bloomsbury's essential content reaches students, academics, and researchers.
This field-based role is a key part of that mission. Reporting to the Academic & Professional Sales Director, you will be the face of Bloomsbury in your territory, building lasting partnerships and directly contributing to the growth and success of our Higher Education list.
Skills, knowledge, experience- Proven successful field sales record in a relevant market.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver recommendations.
- The ability to plan, implement, and communicate company sales strategies.
- A creative thinker and problem-solver.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Experience of using Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, with strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Current valid full UK driving license
