We're recruiting for an ambitious, fast‑growing business that's expanding its Leeds sales team and looking for 10 Graduate Sales Executives to join them.

This is a consultative sales role where you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest. No cold calling.

Monday - Thursday: 10:30am - 8:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

One Saturday each month: 9:00am - 6:00pm

You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest and are looking to explore their options.

Your role will involve:

• Building rapport and creating trust
• Understanding customer needs through consultative conversations
• Recommending the right solution
• Handling questions and objections professionally
• Following up previous enquiries through the CRM
• Converting opportunities into sales
• Achieving individual and team targets
• Learning and developing your sales skills through ongoing coaching
