The event provides a platform for networking, collaboration and business development, helping shape the future of the built environment. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the commercial success of UKREiiF and related business activities.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play an important role in helping the business achieve its commercial targets by supporting the sales team with the annual UKREiiF event and other business activities. Working closely with the Sales Director and Business Development Manager, you will help qualify inbound enquiries, manage sales administration, maintain CRM records, process orders and support wider business development activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Help to qualify inbound enquiries
  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems (Hub Spot)
  • Create and upload accounts, contacts, opportunities and leads within the CRM system
  • Prepare and process customer quotations and track order status to ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Manage the inbound sales enquiries inbox, responding directly or directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Research new sales targets with guidance from the Business Development and Sales teams
  • Support the production of sales and business development reports and dashboards
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team
  • Ensure key sales literature and website information remain accurate and up to date
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with account administration and account management activities
  • Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately filed and maintained

Desirable
  • Sales or administrative experience especially use of CRM systems
  • Experience with in events, media, exhibitions or conferences
  • Interest in property, investment, regeneration or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator or similar tools
