Monday - Friday 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
About the Role
We are looking for amotivated and results-driven Sales Negotiatorto join a busy property buying team. You will help homeowners across the UK achievefast and hassle-free property sales.
The role involves managing enquiries, negotiating offers, andguiding vendors from initial contact through to completion.Experience in property buying is essential, and a strong background in sales will help you thrive in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up onleads generated from marketing campaigns
- Respond toinbound enquiriesfrom potential vendors
- Explain theproperty buying processin a clear and professional manner
- Build and maintaintrusting relationshipswith homeowners
- Negotiate and agree purchase terms
- Oversee property sales from enquiry to completion
- Keep accurate records of all leads and ongoing transactions
- Proven experience in property buying (essential)
